Saxon Mortgage watchdog ready for complaints
This is just one of our articles referencing the financial crisis, crash of the housing market, subprime, and more:
A website dedicated exclusively to watching Saxon Mortgage, a mortgage servicer owned by Morgan Stanley, claims to be ready for a flood of complaints. “Unlike other web sites that receive complaints about many companies, we are specialized,” said a programmer for Saxon Mortgage Watch.
Saxon Watch will study complaints, check for trends, and determine if specific complaints warrant further investigation. Their ‘Help Center’ gives dissatisfied customers the opportunity to file further complaints with one click. Homeowners can also contact members of the media in their immediate area, elected officials, and their attorney general directly from the website.
Everyone who send a complaint gets immediate links to take further action, and a copy of the homeowner’s complaint is sent to the homeowner for future reference. Realtors frustrated by shortsales are also welcomed.
